I had the opportunity this summer to paint these two ‘trumpets’ (air vents) at the Leadenhall Building. The building, designed by the visionary Richard Rogers the mind behind icons like the Pompidou Centre in Paris or Madrid’s Barajas Airport, inspired me with its mechanics and bold structure. I wanted my work to connect with these powerful forms, blending my style with Leadenhall’s industrial strength.
